I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the owners and front desk staff had no regard for hospitality or professional courtesy. They were rude and dismissive, showing no interest in providing a welcoming environment for their guests. Room ok, NO REAL BREAKFAST. TRIED TO HAND ME A BROWN BAG.
It's been exactly one month since my horrible stay and Baymont has yet to rectify their errors. I have previously left a bad review that detailed my entire experience during my stay with them (with mentions of cockroach, "hot breakfast", spider etc.). The place is completely falling apart and the service given by the Indian girl working the front desk, Nisha, is atrocious. She had no hospitality or knowledge whatsoever.
