Hotel is in a state of disrepair. It’s needs so much fixed and brought up to basic standards. Very sad for the city of Mukwanago.
5 starts for the sweet receptionist working at the desk early this morning who was SO helpful in booking me a last minute vacancy!!! Other than the good customer service provided by 2 different receptionist I've had at different hours of the Day... The rooms are just okay. Not the cleanest but I suppose not the dirtiest either. Watch out for stains on your bedding, etc.
