DO NOT STAY HERE! Booked a king-size room on a Tuesday for a Saturday night. Check-in took forever. Got to the room and the smell of stale cigarette smoke was overwhelming. Told night manager that we did not book a smoking room. He showed us a non-smoking room but it was two doubles. We specifically requested a king bed room and smoking or non-smoking was not even an option. We chose to leave as our simple booking request could not be satisfied. Ashley was super helpful, and friendly. She answered all my questions and did not seem to get irritated as the other hotels I have called! Would give ten stars if I could.

First time staying at this hotel and I will not recommend this place to any one to stay at while traveling. During check in the desk concierge didn't seem like they had their life together. There was paperwork everywhere on the desk and it was a complete disarray. For breakfast all the equipment was not working at all and the food was basically yogurt and bread. The egg omelette was frozen with no way of heating it up. During the day parking was easy to get but during the night everyone and their brother wanted to park there... read more
