I booked 5 rooms for this hotel and purchased the travel insurance policy. I canceled one of these rooms, and was notified that I would not receive a refund, even though I purchased the insurance policy. So what is the purpose of the policy then? So I immediately asked if they could reverse the cancellation, and they said it was too late (only happened 2 minutes ago). And they also refused.
