Excellent accommodations! Very clean and comfortable! Breakfast had a great selection and the fare was all fresh! Beds were comfortable!
I should have read the other reviews before I stayed here. No hospitality. Needed to use the laundry room, washing machine marked up my clothes. Told the young lady at the front desk, showed her what happened. Her response was "I don't have a problem when I use that machine and nobody else has complained". No "I apologize for your experience." At first I wasn't too upset, I figured it was probably just dirt and that the machine needed to be cleaned. That is what I told her. This was hands-down the worst hotel experience I have ever had, combining deceptive billing practices, terrible property conditions, and hostile staff.
