Tv didn't work properly ...phoned down to desk and he said he would come up to check it out but never did!
Stay excellent, hotel staff went above and beyond. Breakfast hot, choices good. Hotel clean .
The rooms were clean but, noise was terrible in wee hours of the a.m. We were next to the exit doors and banging doors in and out on and on. Staff in the hallways cursing frontdesk with nasty cuss words, no smiles. Really poor professionalism. Breakfast was good if you like waffles. Eggs cold, no breakfast meat. I would not stay again. I guess when you're on a budget, you get what you pay for 😊
Beautiful and clean hotel staffs are super nice
No cable tv, you have to sign into their Roku device. When I called down to the front desk to ask about the tv the phone was disgusting and sticky and didn’t work because the hang up button was stuck down. The a/c didn’t work because the thermostat button to go down with the temperature was broken. The bathroom smelled like urine. Hot tub and pool were both out of service. They were out of food at breakfast with barely anybody in the cafeteria. You get what you pay for I guess. Won’t be back.
