My room was cancelled due to a FIRE. Maybe next time....
I am going to assume that they CANCELLED MY ROOM due to a "closure" on July 23rd as stated. (4 weeks from now!) I WILL drive by and investigate. They better not have cancelled me due to a better offer.
Why is it impossible to get ahold of this hotel? They canceled my room reservations and now won’t answer their phone. I’m only assuming they canceled to rebook at a higher rate! If you are going to do that ANSWER the phone when we call and tell us why.
It’s closed posted on the doors structure is unsafe. Nobody’s on the property, unable to reach them by email or phone, No refund or assistance for people who still have reservations that they didn’t let know that they where closed .No refunds are being offered booking .com unable to get refund.
