Our power went out so we showed up around 11pm. Check in was a breeze. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL! Room was great. Bed was super comfy. 10/10.
Booked this last minute due to mother in law being in serious condition. We arrived there is no signage and a third of the building is under construction. Had to call the number to see where check in was. Go in a side door, to a desk in the hall, wires hanging everywhere...hallways blocked by construction equipment...why is this even an option to book. Needs to be shut down until finished. I did not stay and got my money refunded. Safe yourself the trouble. Book somewhere else.
This place is the worst. Major construction going on. We would have been the only guest in a 4th floor room, if we were stupid enough to honor the reservation. I don't believe Wyndham knows this place is booking under their name. The clerk stated it is now under private ownership, but couldn't or wouldn't tell us who pays him. His desk was blocking a major hallway. I can't imagine, in its current condition being able to pass fire or city construction code. The booking agencies offering this as an option should be ashamed.
