My room was absolutely disgusting. Room 127, specifically. It had bedbugs, the toilet had feces on it and the jetted tub had hair and grime. I had to pay several hundred dollars to have my families clothes and belongings cleaned because nobody wants bedbugs. There "solution" was a "sorry" email. They did give me my money back for one night. Thats it. The consequences of this trip, cost me much more. I've traveled extensively for 20 years and this was one of the worst properties I've seen
Shabby looking but stay was ok. No issue's with checking in or out. Contential breakfast was what you would expect anywhere.
Was not all that great to me frontndesk main manager was a butt whole indid t see it on wall but I've ber been to a hotel where ya free breakfast items to your room others allow that n i went off on the main manager because of that esc was a horrible experience all i wanted to do was bring sum breakfast items to my god daughter n her mom because everyone dosnt have the same sleep schedule as others but other staff were nice n ok n I door swimming pool I noticed is e b actually gonna have to repainted again because I saw as w... read more
