I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stays at the Baymont hotel. Over the past several months, I have stayed at your establishment on numerous occasions, typically for two-night stays, approximately once or twice a month. The first room was infested with ants behind the desk, beside the TV, in the closet, there was food under the desk. When I told the desk clerk that the room was not clean she said "your bed was clean". That is not an answer. They did move us to another room that smelled like someone had been in there smoking and they tried to clean the smell for the next guest. The initial walk-in to elevator from back parking, smelled like urine and so did that back elevator. The room was good but no liquid soap in the shower dispenser. Hair was on the shampoo and conditioner dispensers. We forgot our toothbrushes but they had none at the front desk. The breakfast menu was ok but the juice dispenser was broken so they put out juice concentrate without water to dilute it. They did not have a person to service the breakfast area for cleanup and to replenish food items.

Hotel and rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and location is great.
