Terrible experience, Staff were great and tried there best but hotel is rundown and requires a lot of upgrades Issues: - no heat in room for 3 days -dirty room -TV does not work -most receptacles in room do not work -Doors to outside are not locked, anyone can enter hotel from the street -reports of bedbugs -microwave does not work - pool area is rundown -Toilet seat broken in half Please upgrade your hotel
Bed bugs, hallway on second floor smelt like someone was smoking weed and cigarettes. Nasty mattress. Only pro was the guy working the front desk refunded and cancelled our reservation with no problem!
We have a whole hockey team staying here and two of our families found bed bugs in the rooms!!! Service horrible and understaffed!! over priced!! We will not be recommending this to anyone else and I will be demanding a refund for all player that stayed here.
