Down graded my unit and didn't have the room I booked available, I've waited multiple hours for them to get rooms ready and somehow they don't have it ready still, I absolutely will not be back
This is one of the dingiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I was here due to a work conference being hosted here. I’m shocked they picked this location. The first night it stormed at the fire alarms went off. The staff had no idea how to handle it. There were massive water leaks throughout the facility. There was standing water in the hallway in front of my room. Linens are scratchy, furniture in need of repair and overall this place needs a renovation and competent staff.
Where to begin with this place. A very huge organization decided to use this hotel’s conference amenities for a two day event. Upon arriving, the front desk girl (though very nice) was dressed in sweat pants and a sweatshirt and spent a majority of her time on her cell phone. The entire hotel was leaking excessively everywhere from a storm they had the day before.
