I had made an advance reservation for this hotel, but my check-in experience was awful, and I eventually asked for a refund and went elsewhere for the night. After checking in at the front desk, I went to use the restroom off the small lobby, next to the enclosed pool area. I stayed at Baymont by Wyndham located at 149 Willowbrook drive in Brooks Kentucky 40109 on October 7th and 8th. The first day I got there I took my granddaughter to the pool and there was boys in there harassing her telling her their dad had a gun and he would shoot her the manager made him vacate the premises with the police. Come to find out the next day by the manager's grandson that them people had been there for a week and caused multiple problems with other people. My stay at this Baymont location was below average overall. The rooms were not very clean and felt cramped, lacking the comfort and space I’ve experienced at other Baymont properties. One particularly frustrating issue was that even though we had arranged for a late check-out at 12:00 PM, staff opened the door without warning at 11:50 AM.
