Baymont was great! They even had a stool for the bathtub for the handicapped.
Front desk person was very nice. I stayed on the second floor and didn’t check in until 9 or 10pm. The air conditioning unit in the hallway wasn’t on and would not turn on. The hallway was very hot. Get into my room and the AC unit wasn’t on. It was seriously 83 degrees in the room. I turned the unit on full blast. Opened up the fridge/freezer just to get more cool air going. They advertised a pool and when we showed up they said they didn’t have one anymore. The room was messy aside from the bed. Missing tv remote and when I got a new one it barely worked. Body wash smells funky. Fridge doesn’t work either. However the customer service was great as they were both very helpful when I had issues. Also a great breakfast.
Got a room here from Delta after a horrible night of traveling. Employees were very polite, friendly and helpful. Room and bed were very comfortable.
Great value and very nice.....appears newly renovated!
