I came from Texas to stay here while moving my son into his dorm. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The reviews are definitely from people they may know because there is no way anyone would feel comfortable staying. I booked through Expedia so everything was prepaid. Issues from the beginning, walked in to the room and it smelled of musty and like cigarettes. Tried to call front desk and phone didn't work, tried to turn on TV and it didn't work. Ended up being moved across the hall. And although it smelled better we still had TV issues. They tried remote and cable swapping and it still didn't work right. Volume and on and off didn't work. I recently had to stay at the Baymont here in Liberty, when my brother got very ill and had to be at the hospital. It is only 4 minutes from the hospital, beautiful location right in the center of a shopping district. The staff was lovely, the hotel was very clean and looks like it has been recently renovated. I had my pet with me. I walked at night here, very safe, it was beautiful! I will be back. I even brought my elderly parents here today to stay for a few days.

The location was awesome. The hotel. Very bad. Who cares about the rundown the cleaning is. My sheets were full. Blood bathroom was full scum. There is soap everywhere from the previous guest. It wasn’t clean right? I said they’re three day and nights three nights and those three nights nobody can do maintenance on the room. That’s not even start with the breakfast.
