The front desk service and amenities were get. Nice free breakfast options, but missing decaf coffee. Room was comfortable but not the cleanest. Live spider in web on ceiling. It’s probably hard to find good help to cover all the details. We’d still stay here again. Heated indoor pool we a great perk.

The room was absolutely filthy. When we checked in, there was a used wet towel hanging on the hook next to the shower, clearly left behind by the previous guest. There was visible dirt on the bottom of the chair, on the bathroom floor, and on the shower walls. We also found dead bugs on the floor next to the bed. They were stink bugs, not bed bugs, just to be clear, but that didn’t make it any more acceptable. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The entire place has a bad odor. Electric is outdated, rooms are dirty, blankets and cases are yellow stained. I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Went to ask the desk a question but she couldn’t get off speaker phone with her boyfriend who she was arguing with to help us. Child woke up with bites and had to go to the doctor the next day.

First room I was given toilet backed up, washcloth was dirty and wet, bed was filthy. New room was perfect.
