I have been the past 2 weekends in a row. My boys love the place. The Assistant manager is so friendly and helpful. They have hot pancakes in the morning the pool is so relaxing. I read some of the reviews and I have no idea what they mean because my visits have been great. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, spacious and great service. Idk how old the other reviews are, but I know when I stay in Laurel this is the only place I will book. Thanks for the experience and I recommend.
Its ok. But even on a warm day the outdoor pool is super cold, my kid couldnt even be in it long. could be heated like others are. Had some issues at check in, my reservation wouldnt show up for awhile
We had a lovely stay. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. The staff was AMAZING. MILTON went above and beyond to make our stay so pleasant. He was awesome and the hospitality was great.
Walls , refrigerator, desk chair, dirty. Just maybe they should leave disinfectants wipes and gloves in the room and the occupants could help because clearly they don’t do anything extra to clean. Bedding and towels are threadbare. The carpet from the front door into the room dirty, I don’t think are beyond the cleaning stages!!! We had to wait for the desk lady to get off the couch.
