Clean and felt safe but could use an update.
a weekend night is expensive for no reason. Clean beds, but bathroom is sub par(bugs, dirty bath tub, facet take some adjusting for right temperature.
This is a family operated business. The service was excellent. We never encountered anyone rude. They are doing their best to remodel so there are a lot of improvements needed, but it's easy to see past the flaws when the the service is welcoming and accommodating.
Not a brand new up to date hotel, but has everything you need and the staff was all very friendly. Clean rooms. Well lit location. Hot showers. Nice selection of breakfast items.
Ive enjoyed my stay at this hotel for the past two years now. I travel through Lake City for work and stay here everytime. Safe and quiet. Rooms are clean and staff is very helpful too. The owner is very nice. Price is affordable. Much better than other hotels in the surrounding area.
