The rooms were okay, though they didn’t look as good as in the pictures. However, the service was excellent. The front desk staff was very responsible—he worked late into the night and was still there during breakfast. The breakfast itself was hot and tasty.
Very clean rooms. Excellent customer service. Excellent with helping me check in a little early from a long drive. Microwave and refrigerator were new and clean. Bedding was very soft . Overall very satisfied with the accomodations and very friendly staff!
Hotel is being renovated, but as it is is very disappointing. Air didn't work, ice machine broken, hot tub broken. Beds very comfortable but hard to get into, high mattresses. The one person on staff was only staff we saw morn till night. It needs a lot of work
Viene a este lugar hace 5 años atrás y estaba muy cuidado y era una excelente atención este año decidí volver porque andábamos pa los rios y quisimos regresar por la experiencia anterior pero esta vez horrible horrible esta este lugar supernsucio las habitaciones llenas de tela de arañas los baños super deteriorado la pisina super deteriorada en fin este lugar se deterioro demasiado lo dejaron en el abandono lastimosamente
They literally just tried to charge my card for $100 and then again for $50 after I've already left and checked out. We made the beds and cleaned before we left...they literally had no reason to be trying to sneak and charge additional charges to my card and I will be filing a report
