The shower floor did not have a lip on it so water leaked all over the floor. We needed 2 bath towels to sop it up. Our room was facing the highway, so it was very loud, as the rooms have no soundproofing. Got very little sleep. The breakfast was what you would expect. The rooms are old, but comfortable. It is definitely a step below the Baymonrs that I stay at in other states.

Fantastic customer service - due to extreme weather forecast we postponed our trip, and then decided to chance it anyway and called the front desk to see if they could reinstate our reservation. The woman was glad to help and even got me a better rate. Two hours later, our event was cancelled and we had to reach out again and re-cancel our trip. A logistical nightmare but front desk was so so so helpful and polite and understanding. If I ever have need of a hotel in that area again, I will seek them out.
