Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We stayed with a 2 year old and had a lot of luggage to bring in so upon looking for our room we followed the signs which eventually did not lead us anywhere. I called had to get us a new room. We also needed some ice but there was no ice bucket so I called and they said we dont have them you need to use a bag.
