Very friendly staff, From Dustin at the front desk, to the housekeepers, to the cooks! professional And great customer service. The room is very clean and comfortable! And it’s a very reasonable rate!
I dont usually post bad reviews but this place is the worst hotel I have ever been too. They gave me the wrong room and it was so dirty. And they could not givr me the correct room. They kept my money and never gave it back. I had to get hotel near by and pay more money to get the right room. It was horrible. I tried talking to a manager 3x and no response. Terrible hotel, terrible service and they stole my money.
I booked this room online on booking.com for my husband. He went to go check in and he showed his ID and they said they didn't rent to locals so my husband left. A month later I get a charge in my bank for $100.91 from this hotel for a no show fee. We showed up. It's not our fault you don't rent to locals. We shouldn't have had to call and cancel when we were there to check in and you turned us away. Surpris par les autres commentaires nous n’avons eu aucun problème avec la chambre. Celle ci était propre et confortable. Place de parking situé directement devant notre chambre. Petite déjeuner simple mais bon Hôtel très bien situé, pour notre part nous n’avons eu aucun problème
