If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is lacking extremely, the lobby area and hallways are mildewed looking and smelling. Once you get in your room the smell of smoke and mildew hit you like a train ( I have asthma so this is problematic although I’m stuck at this hotel) the beds are extremely uncomfortable (very springy) the price you pay for this hotel IS NOT worth it, at all. It was nice. The front door is not marked well. Staff was nice. Room was clean.
Good location, looks ghetto, but feels safer.
