They said online they had breakfast. They didn't and the breakfast area was a mess. Coffee was leftover from some other day. Parking lot was an icy disaster. Bathtub was gross and the armchair had the pleather pealed off the arm. The only positive was the delightful front desk worker who checked us in.
Key never work
Customer services is horrible as hell. The manager house keeping, is very very rude. She was literally arguing with me about some cereal on the floor that her coworker dropped on the floor. And I argued back with her too look like she was drunk on the job too. Gnats everywhere she doesn't even do anything. Do not come here at all go somewhere
I stayed here 3 days with my fiancé and 2 month old baby and all 3 days house keeping knocked several times before 10am, once to see if we were checking out (we had reservation for the next day and already paid) ok so I told her we were staying then the day we left she knocked around 9 am I told her we were checking out and she comes back knocking at 1030 I told her were had late check out (confirmed with front desk) she told me that “I need to hurry up and pack” I would like to stay here again but idk if we will because not... read more
They didn't have a key that worked our door so they had to come up and physically with a key open the door. For breakfast there was no cups or plates. When asked I was made feel like I was an inconvenience. They asked me twice what did I even have a room there in the same morning. I was like y'all keep opening my door for me you should know me by now. Anyway the white lady and the black lady that works in the morning they were snickering and talking and very rude
