THE ROOM WAS INFESTED WITH LICE AND BED BUGS. AFTER TRAVELING 8 HOURS THIS WAS SUCH A DRAINING TRIP. THERE WERE ALL KIND OF PEOPLE SITTING OUTSIDE BEGGING AND ASKING FOR MONEY. THE WORKERS WERE WALKING IN AND OUT OF WORK AREAS WITH NO SHOES OR SOCKS ON. IT WAS DEVASTATING. I BOOKED THE HOTEL BECAUSE IT SAID BAYMONT INN BY WYNDHAM JUST TO GET THERE TO FIND OUT IT WAS PRIVATE OWNED AND THE LOOKS AND CONDITIONS TOLD IT ALL. HAD TO FIND ANOTHER ROOM WHICH WAS SOOOO MUCH BETTER. SUCH A DISGRACE.
I visited Jonesboro for several weeks for work and stayed in one of the best places around! Amazing staff! Conveniently located right in the heart of great food and the expressway. Greeted by Miranda, the manager, and instantly felt at home. She went the extra steps to give me information about the city, as well as making sure my stay was good the entire time. The hotel was very dirty, staff didn't care, elevator was broken, trash was overflowing, everything was broken.
Worst experience of my life. The woman at the front seat called me racial slurs. Booking.com mixed up reservation and when I tried to get it fixed, she yelled and cursed at me and told me to leave!!!
