Some staff is better than others. Mackenzie and Amanda are AMAZING. They always make me feel welcomed and they have so much respect.
The customer service person at the desk Emily did not take care of our issues in the room was not very well but Amanda the next morning took care of everything she put us in a great room she took care of all of our amenities I mean she is awesome The room is awesome that she put us into and we are very very satisfied with her she is great that is when you want to keep on staff I promise thank
