They didn't have a key that worked our door so they had to come up and physically with a key open the door. For breakfast there was no cups or plates. When asked I was made feel like I was an inconvenience. They asked me twice what did I even have a room there in the same morning. I was like y'all keep opening my door for me you should know me by now. Anyway the white lady and the black lady that works in the morning they were snickering and talking and very rude
NOTHING LIKE THE ONLINE PHOTOS. Walked into our room to see already used shower supplies. Lovely. Rooms are pretty dirty, the floors were clearly not vacuumed and the blinds were covered in brown spots. The Internet is incredibly slow. Checkout is listed on their website and on a sign at their front desk as being at noon, housekeeping knocked at 10:15 telling us we had to be out by 11 - front desk doubled down. Avoid! Surprised we didn't get bed bugs. There are way better hotels to stay at in the area. Won't be back.

Was needing a room for a month or so due to home infestation being a diamond member Wyndom they offered us a great rate of $46 night but due to upper management they changed it to 59$ not really sure of the reason why they wouldn't honor the Wyndom Rate .The place is Ok with room service being kinda rude but no towels and a cold breakfast is complimentary but seems like they don't care about customers.. Location is Ok, being a Wyndom diamond member seems like they would be more cordial with customer service and hospitality. ... read more
