We arrived to a room that had urine stains all over the toilet, what looked like blood on the arm of the chair and curtains (the curtains were ripped and didn't close all of the way), the plug out of the bathtub with loads of visible hair in the drain, over all could have used a better clean found a lot of little things that were dirty as well. Bed is comfortable, service was pretty good at check-in. Room needs some maintenance and felt a bit sketchy in the parking lot at night with a lot of people lingering. Price was reasonable, but way cheaper if you did an online reservation.
Nice clean rooms and get free upgrade on one request over the phone, Special Shout-Out to Palak. She is such a nice staff member and helpful accommodate my request. Will be back again.
