The staff was rude and the breakfast was ok but not good
I will never stay here my husband was transported from out if state to mercy icu they recommend this hotel. I have a conformation # and even paid for the extra protection they refused to cancel it was before 2 pm will be filing a claim with my cc
I have booked rooms for friends of mine who have visited from out of town. I found the booking experience easy, and my friends have enjoyed their stay. I have personally dealt with Jody at the Janesville Baymont and she is the best!
