They security was rude and disrespectful she kept following me and watching me the front desk have attitude poor customer service the cleaning lady don’t know how to clean they have bugs and flies in room I cut my air off for a lil bit and all the bugs came out

You can just feel the bad vibe in this place. Moved us from one room to another room because toilets werent flushing both smelled really bad tbh like fish. And they didnt do anything about it... breakfast was just awful. Jagoozi like they said we would have in our room...

Stayed here for my son’s surgery at Texas children’s hospital. Service was not the best, no one wants to give you anything. Had to go ask for towels on the 3rd night. The couch is literally torn apart, there is stains everywhere, they shoved handfuls of dryer sheets in the ac. I asked for access to the washer and dryer and was told they don’t work. Pool was not open. No trash cans and when asked for trash bags they hesitated to give me one. No one cleans the rooms or changes the sheets ect the entire time you are there. Was ... read more
