Room was good & quiet. We had fun trying to climb into bed as the height was like 3ft (1M) off the floor! We did have a problem where somehow some gnats were in the room when we arrived. Bathroom was clean and water volume was a little low but hot as needed. Could use a few more towels hooks. TV worked as expected. Good channel selection. The stairs to 2nd floor need a little pressure washing. The breakfast had scrambled eggs & sausage. This hotel was a complete disappointment. At check-in, the AC wasn’t working in one of the rooms. I immediately called the front desk, and the woman I spoke with said I could come back for a refund. Then she offered another room to try—but that one was extremely hot as well. I returned to the front desk, and she suddenly changed her attitude, saying she wouldn’t issue a refund after all. I was treated poorly as a guest and ended up leaving without receiving any service. Absolutely unacceptable experience.

No issues with rooms. I’ve stayed here a few times rooms are always clean and do not smell. Front desk is always helpful
