We booked though the Wyndam App & were offered an upgraded room but turns out we already had the highest upgraded room, so why offer & approve something thats not there? Then when we got there we were told there was a deposit but was never mentioned when we booked the room. We also requested 1st floor room but that request wasn't obliged. Instead we were given a 3rd floor room after being told the elevator is out of order. This place is horrible!!!!! My children and I are homeless! We were checking out on time!!! This guy had the nerve to call the police on me because I had asked for a trash bag. I have myself and 5 children and he harrassing me watching the camera as my children and I were waiting on our ride!!!! He called the police on me! A lady offered to help me and he harrassing her!!
