During July 30th and 31st, 2023, we had our lodging at the Sure Stay Hotel by Best Western in Seaside Monterey. However, our experience with the front desk staff left much to be desired, as they were clearly in need of intensive customer service training. Additionally, we encountered an issue with the cleanliness of the room's floor. It was evident that the floor had neither been swept nor mopped properly. Room was mediocre for the price. Air conditioning didnt work, fridge was on borrowed time and had a wobble to it, and the t.v. was outdated and too small for the room. Wint be staying here again and I'd recommend not wasting your money at this establishment
Friendly staff, clean room. However, it smelled of paint or cleaning chemical. We eventually got used ti the smell, but had caused me a little head ache.
