Great location. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Doors slam shut to loud.
Comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere, due to the lack of patronage, were the only good part of our stay. Carpet was about 50 years old and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years and appeared like it had not been vacuumed in sometime. Although the man at the front desk led us to believe they had a good breakfast, breakfast was not what I would expect from a Wyndham hotel. We stayed here before and it was nice but not sure if they changed hands or not but checking in was like waiting for water to boil and give us one key so we parked by backside door and tried to get in and it wouldn’t lets us thankfully someone was leaving and let us in so we got to roo heater was off room was freezing we turned it on high and took all night to be comfortable the remote didn’t workforces tv it wouldn’t change channels and guide wouldn’t work the alarm clock wouldn’t work the vending machine was empty and ice ... read more
Hotel service at the front desk clerk, Nina was very rude and unprofessional. I reserved a suite and I requested extra towels and blankets in my reservation. She gave me a very hard time asking several times if there’s more people in my room and why I needed more and why. It got so annoying and uncomfortable because I shouldn’t have to explain myself what they’re used for. She claimed to be the manager.
