great experience, very nice place, would recommend and come back again!
I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but although the room and check-in staff were great, the night manager was….well , quite frankly, a nightmare. We were sleeping on April 28th in room 211. We were woken by someone trying to break into our room. Thankfully the safety latch was on and it held, as both of us (Seniors) put shoulders to the door to keep out 3 intruders we could see through the peephole. This is the second time we have passed through Hinton and stayed at this hotel, they helped to accommodate our family of 6 as the family room was already booked the second time. They were very helpful and set up the room with an extra bed for us. It was spacious and clean, also pet friendly if needed.
