I booked a hotel and they charged me $515 for three night that same night I went on Priceline and found one cheaper and I cannot get a refund and they also snuck a $45 Insurance that I didn’t know about these people are crooked and I do not advise buying a hotel from them directly.

The Baymont in Henderson was a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly, and the property was clean and well-maintained overall. One feature that makes this hotel especially appealing is its pool, which attracts many families with children. As a result, guests may occasionally experience some noise in the hallways during the evening hours due to children playing around the hotel. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Priceline says it has an indoor pool and doesn't and outdoor is uncovered and clean but staff won't open it. People doing drugs in the parking lot. Had to checkout early.

My first impression of the hotel was that it was clean, which I appreciated. However, there were several issues that made the stay less comfortable. The hotel did not communicate that my room was a connecting room, so I could hear the people next door throughout the night. The room itself felt outdated and could definitely use some renovations, especially the paint colors and lighting.
