The place was very dirty. The mattress had blood on it. Spider in the pillow case. The shower curtain was nasty and the tub wouldn’t drain
No pool false advertising
We stayed not even 12 hours. The room was dirty. Mirrors in the room were dirty, the floor was nasty, trash under both beds, the toilet didnt want to flush, the sink didnt want to drain, the trash can bottom was full of stucky stuff and we thoight the bag was glued in because it didnt waant to come out. breakfast wasent worth anything at all, just overall dont bmwbook this place. Online it says they have a pool and they dont. Its there but empty. They did refund us for the one night we didnt stay.
You know I am not one to complain!! I did not even want to give this place a 1 star but I had to just to put a Review.. People this place is NASTY. This place should not even be open it should be closed DOWN.. I went to Helen an went in the room an walked back out went to the front desk an turn my keys in an went to another Hotel.. The room stunk an not even clean it was Disgusting. Yes its on the Strip of Helen an this place should be kept up way better than this. So if you want to stay in a dump choose this place..
