Worst motel in helen, I think the rundown alpine motel is a better experience. The owner or whoever runs it lies over the phone to get customers. Country inn is a better choice. Only good thing about this place is the location
Room was not what I expected. TV didn't work the first night, had to get someone from the office to come and get the TV working. Room service didn't add more hand wash clothes. The gave only one key to our room. Even the AC unit has a hard time working.
Rooms smell like cigarettes, AC unit had the cover missing off of it and laying in the floor, bugs flying around the room. We left within 20 minutes. Danny the owner/manager is very hard to get in contact with regarding a refund. Give us a call please sir.
Only reason to stay here is the location. Rooms with holes in the wall, dirty carpets, old furniture. Could not check in for hours after regular check in time. Had to fight to get my deposit back. Terrible breakfast. Non attentive staff. DONT STAY HERE!!
Ok rooms, no early check in though.
