This Baymont is very clean & comfortable. Our room was spacious and staff were all very kind and patient. When I requested towels, they delivered some to my room promptly which I appreciated. I love the gazebo on property, it's a perfect place to enjoy the sunrise/sunset. Penny's Diner is also within very close distance and is owned by the hotel. Yummy food is not far! :)
Stayed with them 5 or 6 trips they always take care of me.
Need mattresses replaced and AC systems cleaned.
Don't stay here if you are actually planning on going to sleep. The front desk check in takes at least 15 mins per person. I stayed here for 3 nights and there is a high pitch alarm that goes off EVERY morning in the early hours and beeps approx every 30 seconds. It continues to beep for hours-during my stay it beeped from 3:30a and still goes on until 7:00a. The cleaning crew knows about this but ignores it. I found a bed bug on my mattress. The front desk did not apologize, but offered a different room.
