Clean room, courteous service and a great price. Very much appreciated.
Really good value for money. Clean, comfortable room. The availability of a double bed in a small room was perfect for me and cost me half of what it would have cost to get a room with a king bed or two queen beds and more floor space that I wouldn't have used but usually have to pay for. The bed was really comfortable. Plus, breakfast is extensive and filling. I drive through Hays on a fairly regular basis and I'm going to favor this place from now on.

Very nice, especially for the price. Nice room and amenities. Only bummer was that the treadmill belt kept slipping when I tried to jog.
