I am extremely disappointed that our motorcoach, carrying over 40 guests plus myself, was forced to park out on the street and even in the lot of a closed dental office next door. As the operator responsible for this group, this was not only inconvenient but also unsafe and unnecessary. While I understand you don’t allow trailers, a 56-passenger motorcoach is not a trailer—it’s the transportation for dozens of paying customers who booked at least 20 rooms. I found the Beaumont friendly, clean and fresh, Continental breakfast was offered, many breakfast choices, Staff there are welcoming! I did notice all ages enjoying the pool

Title: Do Not Stay Here – Bed Bugs, Poor Management, and No Accountability I stayed at the Baymont Inn in Harlan, Iowa, on Saturday, July 19, 2025, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. My husband and I traveled 2 hours to Harlan, IA to fish at Prairie Rose Lake. When we checked in we were told we could not park in the (nearly) empty parking lot because we were towing a boat. We were directed to park on the street. The hotel is located in a residential area, we had to park at the bottom of the hill so we wouldn't block anyone's driveway.
