Floor was filthy, got haggled over getting an additional towel when we had two adults and two children but only got two full size towels and 2 hand towels for a family of 4? Breakfast was good, front desk was courteous. Location is a bit oj the skeptical side with the vagrants and people smoking pot right outside our door/air conditioning unit
This place is a dump.Not what you would think for a Wyndham hotel chain. The sink was cracked in the bathroom, the toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall and there was corrosion around the sink. A chair also broke in the room.We book because it was close to a competition for our grand daughter. The staff was nice, no problem there. The location was busy and noisy but the one night stay was all I needed. Not sure how this one got in to the Wyndham family...
It was terrible could not get no sleep because people want to run around outside woke up in the middle of the night and I heard kids running and playing and at that time I smelled smoke from outside in the parking lot and in the morning somebody had a dog and it woke me up because it kept barking.
Extremely dirty! Housekeepers are definitely not doing they’re jobs. Went in one room floor was nasty hasn’t been swept and didn’t have the sleeper couch we seen advertised upon purchasing the room. Got offered another room and that one was even nastier!! Mold on mattresses, floors haven’t been swept or mopped, hair in the sinks and whole plate of food left in microwave from previous guests, refrigerator filthy. We got offered another room floor again have not been swept or mopped so they gave us a broom to sweep it ourselve... read more
