They literally stole $214.69 from me. I booked with a 3rd party and cancelled because I realized it was the same hotel that I got my windshield smashed in back in May. When I called they said they would honor the cancellation but then my bank statement said otherwise. Now I call and they hang uo right away if they answer at all. I call upon my spirit guides and ask for my reimbursement of the $214.69 that they stole from me. The staff hardly knew English. The breakfast was awful. The didn’t have enough anything in the room such as bedding, conditioner, towels, etc. we had to go to the front desk so much to get stuff and our room key kept not working. This hotel is a 1 star for sure and the staff can’t communicate. Also the hot water was out for showers. So weird!!!
