I changed my review from 4* to 1* the next day of my stay. The neighbors next room have a young kid that screams for hours. I let the person at front desk (who does not tell me his name and tells me he is just being paid $13/hour) and will not call next room to tell them stay quiet. 8 PM Friday July 25th, 2025; he told me to tell the date and time to the manager will know who he is. By the way, manager will come next morning and I cannot reach him/her.. the whole place is half zoo & half joke. I don't recommend staying here ... read more

My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower, would barely wash the shampoo out of your hair.

I would say overall this hotel was very disappointing. They put us in a room that smelled of cigarettes even though it’s a non-smoking hotel. Changed rooms easily, but I’d say the carpets and such were pretty disgusting. Got down to the continental breakfast a half hour before it was over and there was nothing left. Very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance which the staff didn’t let us know, we had to see a sign on the door. Sharp attitude of staff, leaking toilet, smelling carpet, old hard bed, lots of noises, ADA non compliant parking by staff members. People sleeping in cars in parking lot.
