The staff is great, room and lobby were very clean, pool was warm and relaxing, breakfast was hot and delicious. Madison at the front desk checked us in and spoke to us every time we came through the lobby! It was nice to be remembered and to see a friendly, smiling, and happy face every time we came into the hotel. Amazing staff! Will be staying here again.

Service was excellent and the room had great furnishings. Unfortunately, it looks like it's going downhill. The bathroom was dirty in the corners and appeared to have mold in some corners. The window shade had holes in it and was water stained and obviously needed replacing. The air conditioning was either not working or turned up very high in the common areas which made the whole hotel hot. It took over 3 hours for our room to cool down to a comfortable temperature. My wife and I have stayed with Baymount in Georgetown ky multiple times and have never had any problems. Stayed here 9/9/2025 I complained about the smell in the room, smelling like a Dog kennel. The girl at the front desk said that she would have the manger call me which she never did. I have never stayed in a room like that. Goes to show how fast a place can run down do to management. No call because they don't do what's right. Go somewhere else. DON'T STAY AT BAYMONT GEORGETOWN KY.

Our room was super clean and the staff were amazing. Everyone was so nice and easy to talk to. The pool was warm and clean, the kids loved it.
