When we arrived, no one was at the desk, so my family along with another waited. There was an older gentleman sitting in the waiting area watching TV, who started banging on the wall, yelling for her. Bad first impression. We got to breakfast 15 minutes before it closed. There were others just getting there as well and people down there still eating. Breakfast ends at 9, or so we were told. We went to get a bowl of cereal and she had already taken the milk. Great location but the room was disgusting- it smelled like sour milk and had chunks of what I'm guessing where dog food all over the floor. The water got so hot it burned me and when you turned the sink on it sprayed everywhere like the regulator was not working. I would never stay here again.
Clean rooms. Clean pool. Nice staff. Close to everything.
Normally great but saw two cockroaches tonight. Glad i didnt open any of my bags. I got out quick as i could. One followed my food out of the microwave
