Air conditioner didn't work. Back door didn't lock. No light out back. Window didn't lock. Open right outside. Didn't feel safe. Glad my husband was there. Terrible breakfast no yogurt only had waffles to offer. Coffee and orange juice.
Every time I use the bathroom no matter which room it never flushes same thing with the bathtubs they don't drain, rooms are hardly ever clean we had boogers on the nightstand when we checked in the last time yummy found stuff from the last people in the refrigerator the microwave had cooked food all over it the coffee pot was barely if not ever cleaned
Close to family for visit, near highway and restaurants. Rooms need refreshed (old) but clean.
Everything was great! Pool open and clean. Breakfast has hot food like a fresh waffle, eggs,biscuits and gravy, and sausage(or potatoes depending on day), or you can get cereal or a bagel. :)Rooms clean and smelled fresh. The sink did drain slow in the room, but that's an easy fix. Other than that I'll keep returning to this hotel every time visit ft Wayne. Not over priced, and enjoyable for what you pay:)
Great customer service. Had a leeking faucet they change my room hasske free.
