I rated this low because the rooms are outdated but what made it worse was that a drunk guy was banging on the door all night. I called the front desk but the man was never asked to leave. Will not be returning.

Awful! I told my husband this looks like a room you read about in a murder mystery novel, we are probably going to find a body in the tub. The room was very sparse, not even an alarm clock or a box of tissues. Looks like they just painted it and called it a remodel. The toilet seat did not fit the bowl so if you tried to sit down you were sitting on the toilet bowl…. The rooms were poorly cleaned beds poorly made trash no picked up.Breakfast consisted of one gallon of milk cereal oranges and instant oatmeal cold boiled eggs no coffee had cold waffles and bread for a toaster and two family’s hogged all the area so it was hard to get

You need to stop apologizing and fix your issues. You had people waiting in the lobby at 4 PM on 3/14 with card keys in their hand, but being told they can't go to their room because it's not clean. It's utterly ridiculous. Would love a face to face conversation so we can go over hospitality 101. I looked up and down in the lobby for your name (most places have that posted).
