My 17yr daughter and I stayed here and it was very ran down and dirty. The pictures look nothing like the room. Our bathroom was so gross that we choose to not shower after spending the day at the beach then to spend the whole next traveling dirty. Beds were very uncomfortable, but the bathroom was just bad!!
Bad smell inside the room and the water from the bathtub. The bed was horrible, you can feel the springs and a big noise every time you move like metals. They must not be in the business. The towels was dirty and old. It was the worst hotel in history! Please, don't stay here.
I'm coming to the Fort Myers area in a couple of weeks and was planning on staying at this hotel, but after reading the reviews I'm definitely not. Funny how the management keeps apologizing but never seems to fix the problems. Sounds like rude incompetent people working at this location. I will take everyone's advice and stay at the Hampton Inn.
