Es un hotel con habitaciones adaptadas para quedarse si ud viene por trabajo, cumple las necesidades básicas. Las habitaciones son aseadas pero son básicas tiene una nevera microondas. El portapapel de baño si esta muy pegada a la WC. El desayuno es desayuno frío solo pan cereal y cafe algún ponque pero nada de desayuno americano. Algo sencillo
ROACHES! Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I booked with points online and arrived to the rudest receptionist I’ve ever dealt with. Shrugged it off and got to my room. Went to use the restroom and saw a live German roach between the tub and toilet. Killed it and figured maybe it was just one. Used the restroom and showered quick. Towels looked used with hair in them and dirty. Come out of the bathroom to an audience of roaches. Leave and cancel the room and they still charged my points.
