Good little home away from home
Really disappointing experience. I was charged for a single stained face cloth on my work credit card — not because of the cost, but because of the principle. Charging guests over something this minor is excessive and feels like a cash grab. I could understand if there was significant damage or multiple items, but this was one small item. It leaves a bad impression and shows a lack of common sense and customer care. Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially for work travel.
I have had an incredible stay with my two kiddos. The suite was large and clean, the customer service was fantastic (they remembered my name just from check-in alone), and the breakfast was great. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable! We will be back!
This is the only hotel I stay at when I visit Fort McMurray…… Which is 5 to 10 times each year The location is perfect. It’s right downtown. The hospital is across the street. Walmart is behind us. Many different restaurants to choose from. Incredible staff … #myhomeawayfromhome
