Overall, impression was very positive. Very, very friendly staff that was very helpful in every aspect from checking in to giving details about the hotel in my stay. The rooms are very nice and clean and the entire hotel smells very clean and inviting. There was a cover for the circuit breaker box that I bumped into and it fell down. I mentioned it to the front desk and it was fixed faster than I could get back to my room. I asked for extra towels and they were also there before I got back to my room. Arlene and the team at Baymont are absolutely amazing to deal with! Clean rooms, quiet environment, and a true home away from home! Will definitely be back again!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Baymont. The furnishings were comfortable, and the 2 bedroom layout offered occupants privacy. 3 TVs, well equipped kitchenette, room and common areas very clean, nice bagged breakfast, good security via intercom entry, and we appreciated the underground parkade. There were a few glitches with room equipment malfunctioning, but those were addressed promptly and appropriately. And the staff here - especially Annie at reception - were SO pleasant.
