Disgusting place. Made reservation on hotels.com. checked in and the male attendant was extremely rude. First room was nasty. Hadn't been clened. Pubic hairs in the tub. tables had cup rings and bottle cap on it. Killed a bug on the TV stand. When complained and ask for another room the man had an attitude about doing that but put me in a second room. This is likely the worst place I have ever stayed! We booked through Trivago. And I'll be honest we did think we booked the hotel listed above the Baymont. We weren't looking for anything fancy, just a place to sleep while we shopped in the area. Our first sign should have been when I pulled into the parking lot. There was a white pick up truck with 4 flat tires parked by the main enterance. We checked in. No issues. Got to the room, a little dumpy but still nothing overly bad. What have I done? I guess I should have read other reviews before choosing this place...hair in the showers, gross bed with these weird 1/2 size pillows? Stains and holes all over the walls. The decor is literally got to be from the late 80s - early 90s. As soon as I got to my room, I'm glad I locked the door behind me because someone tried to come in. At least I had the friendly company of the insect in the corner to keep me safe. This place needs to be burned for insurance money or something. Not sure how I'm going to slee... read more
Do not come here. Hotel had no respect for guests. They need to bug bomb badly. They told us to maintain the problem
Guy at front desk rude and has his pajamas on tv doesn’t work nor does remote room did not come with towels or wash cloth do not go here worst place ever do not recommend
