Went to check in and the guy literally ignored us for 5 minutes to watch a video about a woman saying she didn't say they could like her @**ho** With deep regrets i think we will be taking our business elsewhere. Also i travel for work all of the time and never have i ever delt with such disgusting behavior. Not helpful at all, he wouldn't talk with us. Wouldn't try and help us. Just annoyed we made him put his phone down on the job.
They keep your deposit!!!! $400 in our case.
Didn't even get to the rooms. Place has a extremely bad odor when you first walk in the door. They are listed in Booking as pet friendly, when I arrived they informed me they were not and would not refund $152 to my card. Don't book here...just fair warning.
First day was great, but next 2 days I was harassed by evening crew complaining of my wife and her service animal when he barked when rushed upon and were yelling about animal not being a service animal. I explained that he was not a seeing eye dog for the blind and could smell ketones for DKA and stop panic attacks by licking hands and had a ADA certification.
