Our stay was very nice; however, it was obvious that the floors in our room hadn’t been cleaned. The flooring appeared to be fairly new, but were filthy.
Rooms smells musty, bathrooms doors don’t lock.breakfast was worst eggs, sausage and bread gave stomach issues.
We booked on basis of "pet friendly". Drove 10 hours was told, "no pets". Also "smoke free"! Our room reaked of cigarettes! Desk person was difficult extremely rude! Walked next door, Hampton Inn, welcomed with open arms, friendly, less expensive, awesome room, complete with full, stocked, kitchen. I have pictures. The folks at Baymont, threatening, disgusting, unfriendly to say the least! Pictures and witnesses available.
The bed is very firm, pillows weren't great, the shower head is awful. The service was great, breakfast was okay.
