I will say that this is by far the worse hotel I have stayed in. When I booked my room with a jacuzzi I got switched to a room that doesn’t have one. Then the bathroom had a running line that looked like it was leaking. Since it was after hours I decided to notify them in the morning since they only had 1 staff that night. I woke up to a flooded bathroom the next morning that they insist they won’t refund me my full about for the inhabitable day I couldn’t shower on my first day. Waited 25 minutes at the front desk to be checked in. No one showed up. Went in to check with the bartender and she checked me in. Left to do a couple things (three times) and then came back. Our cards that we were given to us weren't working, had to go back around to the front desk to get them working. They said it was due to being next to my phone. Does not service locals. Spent over an hour playing middle man trying to get a refund because their phones aren't working. Avoid.
I was calling to see if they have weekly or monthly rates since I travel for work. The front desk man got upset and raised his voice at me. So I hung up and decided to go somewhere else. One of the first even though I’ve been all over the US and this has been the first and most rude employee. The incident happened at 12:44 AM on March 29, 2026
The rooms smell moldy, the building is under construction, the breakfast is poor This hotel is definitely not worth the money.
