Great service and staff! Always accommodating for our group of over 25 folks!
I USUALLY DON'T EAT BREAKFAST BUT TODAY I WAS A LITTLE HUNGRY FOR ONE OF THE SMALL SANDWICHES WHICH I ALWAYS SAW BUT WAS TOLD NO LONGER DO WE HAVE THEM. BAD NEWS WHAT IS NEXT,WE STAY AT LEAST EVERY FEW MONTHS ,GET THEM BACK EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE BARE BONES.
We found a dead bug under the covers and they moved us to a new room. The new room had stained bedding. I was told they were sorry and would have given us another room. This was a horrible experience. If I could I would give them a 1/2 star. DON’T stay here!!!!
I booked a non-smoking room. We got a very stinky smoking room. But since it was pouring out and we had our stuff inside, we didn’t ask to change rooms. Room was clean, newly renovated. But the drapes didn’t block all the light from outside. That needs to be fixed. Plus, it was very loud. Someone was walking around above us at 3am so that was not good. We were only there for a short time but I wouldn’t stay there again.
