Baymont was fine. Rooms are decent and very clean. Service was nice and friendly, was wrong about something about waving the fee the first night we were there to get the room again since we checked out then had to check back in it costed us twice for the deposit. Keep this in mind from now on when you stay that it's going to charge you for your deposit again if you check out and check back in..just bc you change your mind about when you wanna leave. The pictures do not match the actual hotel. Furniture was wore out and outdated. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. We tried to use the pool around 9:30 and it was already closed but the sign said 10pm. Customer service was not accommodating. I was not made aware that I was being charged a $75 damage fee that I have to wait a week to see refunded.
Nice room! Clean, comfortable bed, nice breakfast and veteran operated! Hubby and I make it a point to stay at Baymont whenever we visit Elizabethtown!
Day we were leaving a male employee acted inappropriately with our young teen. Hotel good. But ended with a police escorted to our vehicle
