Stayed here for spring break & everything from booking to checking out was a breeze. They were VERY informative and kind! Super clean and convenient location. Breakfast was decent but could’ve been better. Only meat option was sliced deli ham (sandwich meat). You can make your own waffles with toppings, eggs, biscuits and gravy, packed oatmeal, a cereal dispenser with two different kinds, bagels muffins and yogurt. We have stayed here so many times on our way up north. We got in at 5am and the 3rd shift supervisor (great guy, btw) recognized my husband and offered a late check-out. We did not ask for a late check-out. I was perfectly fine with leaving at 11! Since it was offered, I took the extra rest. So me and my family stayed there a while back and I had issues with my bathroom wouldn’t flush and their isn’t even a microwave but my family and I went to swim and the guy that fixed the bathroom issue acted really strange he had long hair and wore glasses made my underage daughter feel uncomfortable she had told me he had looked at her in a weird way making her uncomfortable to walk to the pool she said she feels he had his phone out taking photos of her seeing his phone in his hand just after coming back to our room, the ... read more
DO NOT STAY!! Terrible customer service. Very rude worker named Autumn. Yells and very rude towards customers. As im staying there they pulled from my deposit for no reason after I paid for my stay.Told me my rates were going down and never did they charge for unnecessary things that dont make sense. Terrible hotel. DO NOT STAY!!
