This was the worst experience we have had in a while. This place is outdated and needs some serious cleaning. The toilet was plugged in the first room we checked in on and the only person that was working (this was Friday afternoon), stated that they have been having these problems in several toilets for months and have not fixed them. We asked to move rooms and on the second room we checked in, the entire carpet of the room was soaked and needless to say, the room smelled like mold. We showed up after a long travel day only to check into a room with cleaning products still sitting on the floor and food from what I would assume was the last person in that room all over the kitchen floor. We paid a high price for a suite and it didn't have any fridge at all in the entire bedroom or kitchen. We brought the concerns up to the lady at the front desk and she said she would clean up the room before we returned from dinner. Been here many times with no problems. This time the bed was so hard may been better to sleep on floor. $280 for a suite and you can't even provide a chair to sit and watch TV or a comfortable bed. The hide a bed sofa is so uncomfortable to sit on and sticky. 2025 and still can't get comfy furniture. Won't be staying here anymore.
