All the staff were very kind and wonderfully helpful! The room I was given was damp-carpet, towels, bedding . I called for a different room and they easily changed me. The next room was better. Breakfast was just OK - fried eggs, sausage patties, bread, English muffin, small lemon poppyseed muffin, small pastry, pre-made french toast and pancakes that you put in a warmer, juice, and coffee. Our room smelt of mold and mildew, so we got moved to another. Gym has no space for a yoga mat, and the treadmill safety key was missing, so they had to order a new one for it to work. Weight machine was too complex to figure out because there were multiple pulley systems blocking each other from use. Pool is suffocatingly humid like a near hazard, so we didn’t use the pool.
