The hotel is misrepresented online and didn't appear as advertised. The pool isn't operational, the room was 87 degrees at 10:40pm and wasn't cooling down sufficiently, the room tv wasn't connected to the remote, and the hotel is clearly under renovation. The parking and location were the 2 areas that met prior experiences staying at Wyndom properties. The stay was less then 12 hours from check in to leaving despite a 2 day reservation.
Stayed the night from our trip from FL to NY. Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were very cute and clean. Everyone was wonderful especially the manager who I oddly feel that God put in my life even just for that moment. Thank you again for our talk I'll never forget it.
