Room was nice and clean….
Pet friendly, easy access to the hwy for travelers. However, the grounds were littered with trash, and in need of mowing. Broken fridge sitting on walkway to room. Very basic continental breakfast, coffee was empty and the decaf was pretty bad. Room was just surface clean, nicer tub/shower, cigarette burn hole on bed decor, and the freezer was covered with someone's exploded brown soda. We wouldn't stay there again. Doesn't seem to be a sense of pride in the property.
Jolene Thomas is trying to over charge me for my stay. I've spent weeks at this hotel one because I'm a travel nurse commuting and 2 because I had some car trouble. I spoke to all employees. Erica, was very accommodating when she worked. Plus, she informed me that the owner is open to late checkout for nurses. My problem is Jolene, I was offered every checkout if I'd like a complimentary FREE 1pm checkout. I accepted and notified upon checking out at 12:50pm that I'd be charged. I stay here all the time when I need a break from everybody . The staff is always friendly, the room is always clean, and it's always quiet and peaceful. I have left a review before but doesn't hurt to leave another.
