I just got here for my weekend stay. 1) my room was not ready at the check in time. They claim the housekeepers were behind - not my problem 2) the ice machine was ‘down’ - I’m here out of town for a baseball tournament and this is a NECESSITY. 3) I get in the room and the door is very questionable. The door frame is all beat up and the crack is HUGE to where air totally escapes. 4) there are no pillow cases on my pillows. I am sick and tired of people that want to stay in the Ritz-Carlton for $70 a night the place was clean, comfortable, large room the more than adequate for the price range even had a waffle maker for breakfast. All the people that work there were very pleasant to deal with

Not clean. Towels were dingy, television didn’t work. No internet available. I was bitten by bugs all night.
