Staff were so friendly, kind, and patient. Amber working the front desk was very professional, kind, and a hard worker. I checked in around 9pm and to my surprise she was working the very next morning. She worked very diligent and still made all the guest feel welcomed and comfortable. Even the cleaning staff were friendly and patient. The rooms however were not up to par. The towels were dingy and worn. The bedding was stained. And there was a dead cockroach in the room. Not bad.
Very nice room with pillow top mattress and new fluffy pillows. 3rd stay here and always been great.
