We had a early fright from Detroit to Dallas, we where coming in form Toronto hotel is good and breakfast was good as well we had good experience over all

I do not leave negative reviews lightly, but this stay needs to be documented. The room had a strong foul odor overnight. The next morning, I discovered the toilet was completely blocked. I politely informed the front desk before leaving for a meeting. When I returned later in the day, the blockage had been cleared. However, the toilet had not been cleaned afterward. This place needs updates. Carpet was bad in the hallway - chunks missing. Bathroom tile cracked/broken. Damaged wall from small tables- missing paint. Elevator out of order. Back door never locked even though door has card reader. No eggs during breakfast - never been at a hotel that didn't offer them - and food provided was blah. Ladies that cleaned rooms were really nice and helpfu (4-stars because didn't feel reception was friendly, yet not mean, just ...)l. I think price I paid was way too much for all these issues.
